Group Fitness

All Body

This class is ROW's cornerstone class, mixing high-intensity, interval-based training with strength and mobility work to provide balanced, comprehensive fitness.

All Endurance

A class designed to build endurance with no impact on the knees or other joints. The core of the class is a high-intensity, interval-training based 30-minute rowing workout that takes place entirely on the erg. No rowing experience necessary.

All Strength / CrossFit

Train smarter and safer. This class primarily focuses on weight training incorporated with high-intensity interval training. With a 10:1 ratio there is a lot of hands-on education as we lift, which is what makes our CrossFit unique.

ROWga

This popular, 75-minute class combines 30 minutes of All Endurance on the erg followed by Breath-Based Yoga for the last 45 minutes. Alignment and Power - an empowering combination!

All Body: Mid-Day
